Ingredients: Lentil Flour, Wheat Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate and Citric Acid, Asafoetida and Butylated Hydroxyanisole
How to Eat: Mix contents of this pack with 220 ml of water to form soft dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Divide the dough into 18 parts. Mold each part into doughnut shape. Add a little water, if required. Heat 500 ml oil in a deep pan.Oil temeprature should be such that a pinch of dough rises quickly to the surface. Deeply fry the Medu vadas on medium heat till crsipy and golden brown. Serve hot with Gits instant Sambhar, coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
