Ingredients: Semolina, Lentil Flour, Partially Hydrogented Vegetable Oil shortening, Bengal Gram, Salt, Citric Acid, Dehydrate Green Chillies, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Dried Ginger Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate, Fenugreek Powder,Asafoetida powder, Butylated Hydroxy Anisole
How to Eat: Put to boil ~1 litre (~6.5 cups) water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker. Mix contents of this pack in separate 800 ml (~5.5 cups) of water and add 2 tsp of finely chopped coriander leaves. Stir to a smooth batter. Lightly grease idli moulds with oil. Stir batter gently and pour (21/4 tbsp) into each mould. Place idli moulds inside the steaming vessel. Cover and steam on high heat for 15 mins.If pressure cooker is used, do not apply weight/wistle. Serve steaming hot, fluffy side up with Gits Instant Sambhar and coconut chutney
