Mother's Recipe Vegetable Biryani mix is prepared using the fresh ingredients, aromatic spices & a mother’s magical touch.
Ingredients: Onion, Edible Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Edible Common Salt, Ginger, Tomato Powder, Sugar, Chilli, Spices & Condiments and Dry Mint Leaves.
Directions: 250 g of cut vegetables like potato, green peas, french beans, cauliflower and carrot, Biryani Mix and 2 - 3 tbsps of curd, Mix well. Transfer this mixture in a medium sized pan with 1 cup of water (250 ml). Bring the contents to boil. Then simmer on a low flame for 6 - 7 minutes. Stop cooking. Separately cook the Basmati rice and spread on the cooked vegetable mixture. Mix lightly along with 2-3 tbsps ghee (Clarified Butter). Cover the vessel and simmer on a low flame for 5 minutes and serve.
How to Use: Serve hot with curd raita with cucumber, tomato and mint, along with lime quarters and sliced onions.
